  • Direct access to the Mandalay Channel or the Pope Channel on the intercostal water.

  • Great mix of newer and older homes

  • Does have some rental restrictions (30 days minimum for single family homes and 30-90 day minimum for condos)

  • Short walk or bike ride from Clearwater Beach

  • Has it’s own post office, grocery store, restaurants and shops

Clearwater Beach

  • Frequently rated the #1 beach in the entire U.S.

  • It has 2.5 of pure, white, soft sand along the beach

  • On Gulf of Mexico, the west coast of Florida has warm, crystalline water.

  • Tons of luxury hotels, condos, restaurants, shops and kids’ activities.

  • Separated from the City of Clearwater by the intercostal water, it has it’s on city government with it’s own jurisdiction.

  • Clearwater causeway across intercostal water takes you to Clearwater proper in minutes.

  • Drawback is that it is a very touristic area and therefore it can get busy traffic at certain times of the day/week.

Downtown Clearwater

  • Bike and walking distance (about 35 min walk) to Clearwater Beach; 5 minute walk to the Marina.

  • Free park-and-ride service to the Beach.

  • Can head to the beach easily without having to live in the midst of the touristic scene.

  • New, beautiful Coachman Park with a robust calendar of events including concerts, yoga and cardio classes, children’s playground and beautiful views of the Marina.

  • A variety of restaurants at your doorstep

  • Safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood overall in close proximity to public events, galleries, and restaurants.

Dunedin

  • Great downtown village feel on the coast ending at the Marina with lots of restaurants and shops.

  • Pinellas Trail runs through the community, clean parks, safe feel to the community.

  • Lots of outdoor and indoor activities where you can kayak, jet ski, paddle board, ride, walk, or run the Pinellas trail 45 miles long down to St. Pete.

  • Concerts at Freedom Park.

  • Very dog-friendly community - welcomed at many restaurants and bars.

  • It doesn't’ have a proper beach as it dead-ends at the Marina but it has that marina type feel with some touristic relief compared to the more touristic beach towns.

Del Oro Groves

  • Located on the west side of Old Tampa Bay between Alligator Lake and Cooper Bayou.

  • Median price is about.

  • Neighborhood is comprised of 330+ single family homes.

  • Rich in history, at one point it was a citrus farm.

  • Has well-matured trees and foliage and large lots.

  • One mile away from Ruth Eckerd Hall, a well known theatre and Performing Arts Center.

  • Conveniently located near Courtney Campbell bridge for easy access to the Tampa International Airport.

Coachman Ridge

  • One of the best communities in Clearwater for families.

  • Close to the Northeast Coachman Park.

  • Comprised of 255 Single family homes.

  • Underground utilities are a plus.

  • Has some of the highest rated schools.

Countryside

  • In this area you have Eagle Estates which Is considered luxury family living located on the Chichi Rodriguez golf course in the Countryside Country Club which features a par 69 course with 70 sand traps.

  • Many homes on the perimeter are on the gold course.

  • Well established neighborhood in a great location.

  • Close to the Countryside Mall.

Old Clearwater Bay

  • One of the most historic neighborhoods in all of Clearwater with some homes dating back to the early 1900s.

  • Many of it’s homes are located on the intercostal of Clearwater with beautiful waterway views and access to the waterway for boating, paddle boarding, jet skiing, etc.

  • Located in a great area between Downtown Dunedin and Downtown Clearwater.
